Solid service Used them 3 times in Como. Prompt, respond quickly to messages, accommodate changes without a problem. The site shows cars, but we got a van each time. If you want a specific car I would request it in advance. Definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful and reassuring business I didn’t end up using this service, but I felt compelled to write this review anyway. My husband and I were stuck in Bellagio after dinner. The busses ended service early and we were stuck with no way back to our small town. We had been waiting for a taxi for over an hour already when I started desperately trying to call any business, and Nicola was the only one to answer. His drivers were already busy for the next hour, but we spoke multiple times on the phone and he reassured us that he would get us home somehow if we couldn’t find one before he was available. It was so comforting to have someone in our corner and know we wouldn’t be left behind. Thank you, Nicola!!!

Excellent service with clean cars and helpful drivers We had fabulous experiences with Bellagio Taxi. We used both locally and then to get us back to the Como S Giovanni train station. It was easy to set up ahead of time and had an easy deposit system. We paid by card with no problem. Our drivers were polite and helpful! The driver who returned us to Como gave us lots I’d history of the area and was a great conversationalist. We would definitely use them again! Clean, prompt and efficient!

Great MXP to Bellagio Transfer. Excellent car service. Our family had multiple pick ups and several of our flights were delayed, but Nick stayed in contact with us and followed through. Our Mercedes V-Class van was comfortable and meticulously maintained. I highly recommend!

Lake Como region- party of 8 We booked Bellagio taxi for a few transfers-from Tirano to Como, within the Lake Como region, and Como to Lucerne. All of our rides were smooth, and drivers were on time. The drivers were very professional, and courteous. We felt very safe with this company, and the vehicles were clean and well appointed for our 8 person party, even provided a booster seat for our child. We highly recommend Bellagio taxi. Highly recommend this service Extremely professional. Easy to book. Responsive communication when arriving flight was delayed, and for all booking confirmations. Clean cars, prompt service, friendly drivers. Perfect arrangement for our transfer to Lake Como (Bellagio) after arriving in Italy on transaltantic red-eye flights with a long delay and layover. Highly recommend.

We 100% recommend Bellagio Taxi - Federico was punctual, polite, professional, patient, friendly, and so knowledgeable about the area.
