Easy to book, driver was on time to meet us both times. Ours was an airport transfer Milan to Bellagio and return. We’ve always done train/boat to get there previously which is quite arduous to say the least. Being driven the journey instead was a game changer for us, and a reliable and punctual service was a perfect start and end to our holiday. Nice vehicles too. Five Star experience from a highly rated professional vendor. We booked with Nick from Bellagio Taxi for our family trip to Milan and Lake Como. We used Bellagio Taxi for airport transfer as well as car service to/and from Lake Como.   Honeymoon Saver!
Bellagio taxi and our driver Frederico were a GODSEND to say the least. My husband and I were on our honeymoon waiting for our prescheduled transfer (booked through a different company) when we received a call 30 mins before our scheduled pick up telling us that they could no longer fulfill our transfer because they were overbooked on drivers. As we had had this transfer booked for weeks, we were so disappointed and worried about how we were going to get another driver in time to make our flight. My husband found Bellagio Taxi and they said they could be there to get us in just 20 mins (hallelujah). Our driver Frederico arrived and we had the most pleasant drive together to Milan. He was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable and taken care of! My husband and I made it to the Malpensa airport, we’re looking for our flight on the boards and turns out we had requested to go to the wrong airport, and the airport we were supposed to be at (Linate) was almost an hour away… ahhh!! And I must clarify that this was our mistake, NOT Bellagio Taxi’s. We called Frederico and he came back and picked us back up and took us to the correct airport, and even guided us inside the airport to ensure we made our flight on time. All transfers are by reservation and the rates include taxes, fuel and tolls.

We monitor your flight but if your flight or train is delayed or canceled we kindly ask you to contact us immediately and we will simply postpone the transfer.

No payment is required at the time of booking.(Only a small deposit is required to make sure your reservation)

You will pay to the driver after the transfer, cash or credit card.

The child seat is supplied upon request at no additional cost.

Where you meet the driver?

At the airport: A driver waits for you inside the airport after the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it.

Milan Centrale Railway Station: A driver waits for you inside the station in the front of the platform number 15 after the glass doors with a sign with your name written on it.

For other smaller railway stations such as Milan Porta Garibaldi, Varese, Colico, Como, Lecco, Lugano, Tirano, Varenna, Asso, at the exit of the station a driver wait for you with a sign with your name.

In Venice for customers arriving by boat the meeting point is at the Piazzale Roma.

For customers arriving by cruise ships we pick them up at the cruise port.

Hotel, Villa, apartment, Molo, etc: The driver can pick you up at the address you provided during your booking, at your hotel, Villa, Airbnb, Holiday apartment, cruise ship, pier or any other collection point accessible by car. This also applies to your destination. No need to worry about buses, taxis or other connections.

Bellagio Taxi offers door-to-door service!

We are authorized for accesses to restricted traffic areas, and preferred lanes throughout Italy and Europe.

Many drivers drop off customers even one kilometer before the hotels in Bellagio or other cities because they cannot enter the limited traffic areas.
