  Extremely helpful and reassuring business
I didn’t end up using this service, but I felt compelled to write this review anyway. My husband and I were stuck in Bellagio after dinner. The busses ended service early and we were stuck with no way back to our small town. We had been waiting for a taxi for over an hour already when I started desperately trying to call any business, and Nicola was the only one to answer. His drivers were already busy for the next hour, but we spoke multiple times on the phone and he reassured us that he would get us home somehow if we couldn’t find one before he was available.   Excellent service with clean cars and helpful drivers
We had fabulous experiences with Bellagio Taxi. We used both locally and then to get us back to the Como S Giovanni train station. It was easy to set up ahead of time and had an easy deposit system. We paid by card with no problem. Our drivers were polite and helpful! The driver who returned us to Como gave us lots I’d history of the area and was a great conversationalist. We booked Bellagio taxi for a few transfers-from Tirano to Como, within the Lake Como region, and Como to Lucerne. All of our rides were smooth, and drivers were on time. The drivers were very professional, and courteous. We felt very safe with this company, and the vehicles were clean and well appointed for our 8 person party, even provided a booster seat for our child. We highly recommend Bellagio taxi. Extremely professional. Easy to book. Responsive communication when arriving flight was delayed, and for all booking confirmations. Clean cars, prompt service, friendly drivers. Perfect arrangement for our transfer to Lake Como (Bellagio) after arriving in Italy on transaltantic red-eye flights with a long delay and layover. Highly recommend.

All transfers are by reservation and the rates include taxes, fuel and tolls.

We monitor your flight but if your flight or train is delayed or canceled we kindly ask you to contact us immediately and we will simply postpone the transfer.

No payment is required at the time of booking.(Only a small deposit is required to make sure your reservation)

You will pay to the driver after the transfer, cash or credit card.

The child seat is supplied upon request at no additional cost.

Where you meet the driver?

At the airport: A driver waits for you inside the airport after the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it.

Milan Centrale Railway Station: A driver waits for you inside the station in the front of the platform number 15 after the glass doors with a sign with your name written on it.

For other smaller railway stations such as Milan Porta Garibaldi, Varese, Colico, Como, Lecco, Lugano, Tirano, Varenna, Asso, at the exit of the station a driver wait for you with a sign with your name.

In Venice for customers arriving by boat the meeting point is at the Piazzale Roma.

For customers arriving by cruise ships we pick them up at the cruise port.

Hotel, Villa, apartment, Molo, etc: The driver can pick you up at the address you provided during your booking, at your hotel, Villa, Airbnb, Holiday apartment, cruise ship, pier or any other collection point accessible by car. This also applies to your destination. No need to worry about buses, taxis or other connections.

We are authorized for accesses to restricted traffic areas, and preferred lanes throughout Italy and Europe.

Many drivers drop off customers even one kilometer before the hotels in Bellagio or other cities because they cannot enter the limited traffic areas.
