All transfers are by reservation and the rates include taxes, fuel, motorway tolls, parking lots.

No hidden costs

Meet and greet at the airport, port or train station. 
– No payment is required at the time of  booking:
– You will pay to the driver after the transfer,      

– You can pay in cash or credit card. 

 -The child seat is supplied upon request at no additional cost.
We monitor your flight but if your flight or train is delayed or canceled we kindly ask you to contact us immediately and we will simply postpone the transfer.

  Where you  meet the driver?

At the airport : A driver waits for you inside the airport after the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it

Milan Centrale  Railway Station :A driver waits for you inside the station at the exit of the tracks number 14-15 after the glass doors with a sign with your name written on it

For other train stations such as Como, Lecco, Lugano, Tirano at the exit of the station

Hotel, apartment, Molo, etc: The driver can pick you up at the address you provided during your booking, at your hotel, apartment, cruise ship pier or any other collection point accessible by car. This also applies to your destination. No need to worry about buses, taxis or other connections.

We are authorized for accesses to restricted traffic areas, and preferred lanes. On request, we provide dedicated car services at your disposal for various transfers and waiting times.
